Oaksys Tech Ltd can assist you in negotiations. We can take part in your negotiation team and help to improve the outcome of the negotiation. We can also review the negotiation process used and make recommendations to be considered for future negotiations. We can also be utilised to monitor and report on the on-going delivery and compliance of your supplier following on from negotiation.

We can undertake negotiations on your behalf. This can help when you do not have skilled negotiation staff available in your own team. We will agree objectives and authority in advance. This technique is sometimes useful in situations where confidentiality is essential.

We can lead your team of negotiators and guide them. This is often useful where your team is inexperienced or there is some personal relationship problem between the parties involved in the negotiation. We can, if so instructed, act on a totally impartial basis. We can coach the other team members and introduce silent signals to help guide them during the negotiation sessions. Assisted negotiation can be an effective skills transfer method, particularly after training.

We can provide specialist team members where our practitioner will provide specialist knowledge on one or more aspects of a negotiation. Your personnel will lead the negotiation process, but we will act on an advisory basis.
