Terms and Conditions

Oaksys Tech Ltd primarily conducts business on the basis of contractual terms negotiated on a per project basis for services delivered. Our business depends wholly on our good reputation. We are totally committed to treating our clients fairly as we strongly believe that it leads to repeat business.

In the event that we provide physical products to a client we offer a no questions and no quibble refund policy provided that the goods are returned to us in original undamaged condition within 45 calendar days of supply with appropriate proof of purchase by you from us. Goods which are faulty as a consequence of their manufacture or design will be replaced (like for like or by reasonable substitute) within one year of the sales transaction provided that the damage has not been caused by inappropriate usage or storage. We do not supply goods outside of the United Kingdom unless a separate written contract has been agreed between us and the client.

The statutory rights of the client remain unaffected by these terms and conditions and are governed by the laws of the countries of the United Kingdom.

Clients may request written full terms and conditions prior to committing to a transaction. Our normal clients are commercial or governmental, in the event that we deal with a personal consumer we will include a summary notice of our business conditions and remedies with the despatch note.

Privacy

Oaksys Tech Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner and holds no personal data for users of this web site. We may at times use a web cookie to automatically keep track of stages of an on-line dialogue but we do not analyse that data nor pass it to third parties. We do maintain records of the names and addresses of clients and business prospects but that information is held confidentially and is not accessible on the web server. We delete data which is no longer current or on the written request of the data subject.
