Basic terms and conditions for the processing of unsolicited commercial email.
Oaksys Tech Ltd is a company registered in England. It does not invite unsolicited commercial email also known as SPAM from any third party organisation. Any person, corporate body, organisation or agents of a corporate body or organisation that sends such unsolicited email to the oaksystech.com Internet domain is irrevocably accepting a fully binding agreement in a corporate and personal contract with Oaksys Tech Ltd. The contract is jointly and severally binding on the organisation, corporate body, person and agent involved in the process of unsolicited email. There are no exceptions to the terms of the accepted contract unless agreed in the personal hand writing of a Director of Oaksys Tech Ltd and signed in ink on the official headed paper of Oaksys Tech Ltd.
For the purposes of clarity if a corporate body causes by direct action or omission an agent or associate to send an unsolicited email advertising the goods products or services of that corporate body then a contract subject to these terms and conditions is deemed to exist between the corporate body and Oaksys Tech Ltd. At the same time the contract is created between the agent/associate and Oaksys Tech Ltd.
The fees shown in the table are in United States Dollars and are payable to Oaksys Tech Ltd by the other parties of this contract free of all taxes and/or bank charges.

The amounts due become payable on the date of receipt of the unsolicited email. Oaksys Tech Ltd will raise periodic invoices that summarise costs those must be paid by immediate return of post.
Late payments under this contract will be subject to interest payment calculated at 10% per calendar month of the previous outstanding total. The interest calculation will be on a compound interest basis. Liability will not cease until cleared value is received in the bank account of Oaksys Tech Ltd.
The fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Oaksys Tech may assign the collection of fees, legal costs, interest, admin payments and reasonable expenses arising to a third party collections agency for recovery from the corporate body, organisation and/or personal assets of the owners or Directors of the bodies who are party to this agreement.
The liability for outstanding fees and costs will pass onto the personal liability of the owners and/or Directors of the other party in the event that the corporate body, organisation becomes insolvent, bankrupt or ceases trading.
The service rendered by Oaksys Tech Ltd will be to review the messages received from the other parties in the contract and to produce a handwritten summary of their value to our business. That summary may be collected from the registered offices of Oaksys Tech Ltd by prior appointment in person by the owner or the main Board Director of the other party to this contract. No liability is accepted if the person or Director attends without prior agreement in writing.
This agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and laws of England and Wales.
This agreement can be changed without notice by the Directors of Oaksys Tech Ltd
